The Agency De La Mode values and respects your privacy.  This privacy is safeguarded in accordance to applicable laws and legislation. The objective of this document is to inform you of how The Agency De La Mode processes your (personal) data. The Agency De La Mode processes your personal data for various purposes, including the following:

  • To inform you of our products, promotions and other comparable products or services;

  • fulfilment of agreements as formed with you;

  • optimisation of our marketing policy.

Information is used to respond to your requests or to answer your questions effectively and efficiently. We may also use your information to provide you with interesting promotions and offers. You will always be given the option to unsubscribe if you no longer wish to receive these offers. Should we wish to use information for purposes not (yet) included in this document, we will always provide advance notice and, where required, request your permission.

In most cases, The Agency De La Mode will store your personal data for a maximum period of five years. The Agency De La Mode will not retain personal data for longer than is necessary for the indicated purposes.

We work with functional cookies. These are required for proper website function. We also work with Google Analytics. Statistics are, in principle, anonymous. No personal data is sent to Google Analytics. We do not currently utilise other cookie types on our website.

You may deregister for Google Analytics by means of a browser add-on. You can deregister for cookies by adjusting your internet browser to restrict cookie storage. You may also remove all previously retained information via your browser settings. See here an explanation.

Third party processing

The Agency De La Mode may make use of third party services for data processing, including personal data received via the The Agency De La Mode website. The Agency De La Mode will not sell your personal data to third parties and will only provide your data, where necessary, for the fulfilment of its contract as formed with you or to comply with legal obligations. A written processor agreement contract will be in place with third parties appointed for the processing of your personal data to ensure an equal level of confidentiality and security in the handling of your information.

Security of personal data

Taking the current technology, the implementation costs, as well as the nature, scope, context and processing objectives and the probability and severity of various risks into consideration, The Agency De La Mode will take as many suitable organisational and technical measures necessary as necessary to safeguard the risk-related security level.

Insight, correction or removal

You may exercise your rights to request insight, correction and/or removal of your personal data. You also have the right to object to or request limitation to the processing of your personal data. As data subject, you may also exercise your right to request return of personal data that was voluntarily provided to The Agency De La Mode. so that you can provide this data to an alternate controller. Should you wish to exercise any of the abovementioned rights, please contact our offices. We may request identification prior to fulfilling requests.
