By utilizing the * Luxury Fashion Brand Development * service, I will actively engage in weekly and monthly tasks encompassing research, development, and strategic planning during our consulting calls. Together, we will focus on enhancing and nurturing your Fashion Brand / Business, while collaboratively formulating and implementing strategic measures aimed at attaining the desired success and outcomes.

Service Includes:

x 2 Strategic Calls per month ( 60 min duration each )

x Unlimited email and text support on weekly tasks/ feedback

x Deep dive strategy “live” document to get clear on goals and outcomes of the 3 months working together, with tasks and checklist

x Research, Development and Execution of weekly tasks / support of 25h per month executed during the weeks of booked strategic calls

Who is this service for?

This service is perfect if you are looking to start a luxury brand and need support with all operations, or if you are looking to re-brand, scale and expand your luxury brand, and are in need of strategic support with deep involvement.

How would we work together?

This service is exclusive to you - a three month long Fashion Business Development Consulting, in which I’d be able to work 1:1 with you to develop any crisis areas of your brand or areas that need improvement, to secure the successful future of your brand and business.

The service begins with initial 15 minute intake call, in which I will get to know you, your business and your needs. After the intake call I will create a structure successor plan that we will follow, through our 2 consultancy sessions per month and the background research and development work I will conduct for you. The successor plan will incorporate strategic actions, goals and objectives.

T&C:

The service is limited to 3 months work ( max 90 days ) and 6 consultancy calls in total . Any additional calls requested will be of additional charge of £150.
