Whether that be new career venture after graduating University or you want to enter the Fashion Industry with 0 experience, I’m here to help you, guide you and support you through mentoring you to achieve success.

With 11+ years experience in the Fashion Industry working with Luxury and Premium Fashion Brand Globally as an Executive Recruiter, working with professionals at Senior Levels (helping them find a new Job - Internationally) I’ve gained knowledge and competence regarding what steps one needs to take to make their career move a success!

This 5 weeks mentoring programme will allow you to make confident changes.

In this course your will:

1. Identify What Career Path you want to take - whether that be a new career path or switch industries, and distinguish what skills would be needed to do so.

2. Professional Profile, CV, Cover Letter and Interview Skills Development: Learn how to become the perfect candidate for the recruiters in the industry + let me shape and create your winning application documents

3. Working with me to set achievable step-by-step goals to achieve success.

4. Working towards shaping your great Personal Branding online and learn how to “market yourself”.

5. Build a strong network online through my methods of utilising LinkedIn and Instagram to their fullest professional potential.

6. Take advantage of extreme connectivity - as I can create for you a hiring and HR managers list of contacts in some of the Leading Luxury and Premium Brands in the UK.

7. Learn how to make a great impression and win every Interview you attend - special coaching techniques to overcoming challenges and becoming a master at interviews.

Duration:

1 x 1 hour session per week for 5 consecutive weeks.

This coaching Program includes maximum of 5 weeks 1 to 1 paid for mentoring

How this works:

After making a purchase, a WORD doc form will be automatically downloaded. Fill this form carefully and send it back to oggy@theagencydelamode.com. After we have successfully received the form we will get in contact with you to establish your job search needs and career goals.

Service Deadline:

After we establish successfully your job needs we will create a plan of action to best help and coach you through your journey.

T&C:

The One to One coaching consists of guided sessions with the duration of 60 min each. Sessions are taken weekly.

Cancelation of session: I’m flexible to work around your work or uni schedule! I do however require 24 hour notice for cancelation or request to move a 1:1 session for another day/time. Please note that in the case of “no-show” on the time and day appointed the session will be classed as taken, therefore you will loose the session without being able to reschedule it. Other sessions will continue as normal for the forthcoming weeks.

Cancelation of service: Cancelation of service can be provided only if the service has not been rendered in any form. If we have began working together, had exchange of communication and career mentoring calls (including Intake Call) or are in any further stages of Career Development and Coaching, Cancelation of Service can NOT be offered.
