- Se the tone for the “bigger picture” and start planning the steps to achieve that

Steps:

1. Understand what LB require in a successful candidate

2. Make a list of skills I must show through my application

3. Make a list of achievements I mush show through my application

4. Make a list pf Possible Interview questions

5. Start Practicing expressing my knowledge and greatness

6. Network and reach out to HRs and Recruiters
